I'm a licensed psychotherapist who has been in the field over eight years. I have a master's degree (MS) in marriage and family counseling from California State University, Northridge.
I trained at the prestigious Maple Counseling Center of Beverly Hills, where I worked with individual clients, couples, and young adults. I am currently the Elementary and Middle School Counselor at Pilgrim School in Los Angeles. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a preschool teacher and spent ten years working in the entertainment industry.
“Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at this moment."
"Difficult times are not something to try to escape but opportunities to open ourselves to growth and change."
“I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.”
